Founded in 2021 Earthworks Design, creates handmade, one-of-a-kind items for our stores, using the finest high-quality materials available. Our designers create these items here   at our western North Carolina workshop and gallery and only make one like item so the item you get is a true one-of-a-kind item and will never be reproduced or remade.

Now a little about our team.

Lonnie Nighthawk Jordan.

Nighthawk, raised by his Cherokee Grandfather in the mountains of Eastern Tennessee, a graduate of the US Military Academy, retired from the Army in 2010 and started his wood working business which has grown year by year with customers all over the world. he has been making handmade items for most of his life and designing one-of-a-kind items you will only see here. A published author with his book Journey Through Hell in books stores, online and here in his stores, he is also working on a new book titled imagine which is a Christian based story that will inspire you with a warm heart. (His books can be purchase in bookstores and online book selling outlets but if you want a signed copy you can order from the store on this site and Nighthawk will personally sign it for you.)  A singer song writer with over 200 songs in his library. An enrolled member of the Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee Indians, he takes much pride in his Cherokee heritage. His Military service and his love of God.

Pamela Jordan, 

Pamela and Nighthawk have been married for many years. Pam is the rock that holds the family and business together. Nighthawk's biggest supporter, Friend and partner, her inspiration makes this family business the best it can be. 

Jessica Little Bird Jordan.

A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Jessica has set out her career in Law Enforcement and is an advocate for the protection of animals. Jessica is a designer and maker of handmade items mostly from the coast, using seashells and handmade beads. She creates all the dream catchers for Earthworks Designs and her personal business Little Bird Creations. 

Jeremy One Wolf Jordan.

A graduate of Cleveland County Community College and the North Carolina school of Taxidermy at Surry Collage. A state certified Taxidermist and member of the North Carolina Taxidermist Assocation. Jeremy creates special items and supplies materials for Earthworks Designs.

"Shadow"

Shadow is Nighthawk's Military Service Dog who had become his best friend, Shadow provides Nighthawk with support for PTSD and the injuries he sustained during his combat deployments. Nighthawk's true friend and Shadow.
